The construction time is usually three weeks, a tarmacadam court is colour sprayed six to eight weeks after surfacing. We do however paint temporary lines so that you can play during the curing period.

There are a number of criteria which must be considered before construction.

Firstly there are two surfaces currently offered. A 6mm porous tarmacadam option or a 9mm sand filled synthetic carpet which are both hugely popular.

The dimensions of a private court are usually 34.75M x 17.07 but can be increased to club size of 36.58M x 18.29M  depending on available area.

Due to the fact that the fencing is usually 2.75M, planning permission must be acquired from the local council before any work can commence.

Preferably we would work from a level site, but where this is not the case we offer the option of either a cut and fill or the removal of materials from site.

Fencing comes in either a black or green option at either 2.75M or 3.60M high. Clients may also choose between tubular fencing or angle iron depending on taste. Also if preferred the fencing can be dropped to 1 metre between the bassline including a gate in the middle.

We are able to supply and fit a retractable lighting sytem which will allow you to use your tennis court even after dark.
